Buffalo- The Mets scored 4 runs in the bottom of the 9th off Junior Fernandez for the win. Paxton Schultz allowed 3 runs on 6 hits over 4.0IP. Paul Fry was unhittable in the 7th and 8th, striking out 4 batters. Spencer Horwitz doubled twice and hit a home run in the 7th, driving in 5 runs. Ernie Clement singled three times in five at-bats, scoring twice. Nathan Lukes scored three times in four at-bats, going 2-for-4. Orelvis Martinez also went 2-for-4 with a walk and strikeout.

New Hampshire- The Fisher Cats played two on Saturday. Game 1 went to Portland, 7 to 6. The Fisher Cats made it close with a 4-run 9th inning, tying the game 6-6. Unfortunately, Mason Fluharty allowed a walk-off solo home run. Speaking of home runs, Chad Dallas struggled to keep the ball in the park, surrendering two home runs and 6 runs over 5IP. Steward Berroa went 4-for-4 and stole his 34th base. Trevor Schwecke had New Hampshire’s only extra-base hit, a double, going 2-for-4 with 2RBI. In game 2, the Fisher Cats beat Portland 6 to 4. Trailing 4 to 2 heading into the 9th, an RBI sac fly, a two-run single, and an RBI double won it. Leo Jimenez, Alan Roden, and Trevor Schwecke each had two-hit games. Luis Quinones allowed two home runs over 4.2, allowing 3 runs. The bullpen held the SeaDogs to a run on 4 hits, a walk, and 6K over the final 4.1IP.

Vancouver- The C’s scored all four of their runs in the 1st inning. Gabriel Martinez hit an RBI single and Cade Doughty hit a 3-run shot to right field. The Indians scored a run in the 5th and a run in the 7th but were held to just three hits in the loss. Michael Dominguez improved to 6-2 with 5 strong innings, striking out 8 batters. Hunter Gregory allowed one run over 2 innings, striking out 4 batters. Ian Churchill and Justin Kelly no-hit the Indians over the final two innings.

Dunedin- Glenn Santiago hit his 4th home run in the 4th inning, as the D-Jays shutout the Flying Tigers 1-0. Chad Green pitched a scoreless 1st inning in his first rehab appearance. Pat Gallagher followed, striking out 8 batters and walking 2 across 4 scoreless innings. Grayson Thurman and Joey Murray completed the shutout with two scoreless innings a piece.

Davis Schneider‘s On-Base Streak

Davis Schneider went o-for-4 with an RBI and two strikeouts, ending his on-base streak at 20 games. Davis owns a .268BA and .937OPS while driving in 54RBI.

Michael Turconi was not in the lineup on Saturday, so his on-base streak remains at 20 games. He is batting .303 with a .909OPS.
